Sharing some good news in the middle of all this pandemic, the image I submitted for accreditation to The Portrait Masters Image Awards won the Bronze in the Family Portrait Category!

I’ve known Kim since junior high school and followed her journey to and through Motherhood through her popular mommy blog and social media so when she announced she was expecting Baby #2 and wanted me to capture her maternity session I was more than excited!

I remembered that Kim’s favorite color in high school was purple and picked up this gorgeous silk for our shoot. Watching how spirited her daughter Chloe was in the studio inspired I saw this image and loved the energy of it so for it place in the Image Awards made it that much more special.
